-Slope less than 7%.

-No steps.

-Deposit on lawn if authorized by the deliveryman.

-The bags of pellet are not “depaletized” for a storage in floor or in cellar.

-ATTENTION, we come with a heavy vehicle, thank you to check that the access for a vehicle of 19T and a width of 2,5m is possible. In case of prohibition of access for a heavy vehicle, please contact us so that we can see with your town hall to obtain an access authorization.

In spite of its capacities of crossing, our all-terrain pallet truck with its load, cannot roll on soft grounds or muddy grounds.

In case of impossible access to your storage place, and with your agreement, our delivery man can deposit your pallet in a suitable area such as a yard, a sidewalk or on the roadside.

In case of impossibility of delivery due to an access problem of which you would not have warned us, the order is cancelled and expenses are applied as stipulated in our general conditions of sale.
