In spite of its capacities of crossing, our all-terrain pallet truck with its load, cannot roll on soft grounds or muddy grounds.

In case of impossible access to your storage place, and with your agreement, our delivery man can deposit your pallet in a suitable area, a yard, a sidewalk or on the roadside.

In case of impossibility of delivery due to an access problem of which you would not have informed us, the order is cancelled and charges apply as stipulated in our general conditions of sale.
